If my sunny side of roof is opposite to pump, can i run pipes over the ridge of roof?
Hi Zenon,
Yes, you can run pipes over the ridge, but if you live in an area where freeze damage is a potential occurrence you will need to install a manual drain valve and use it to drain panels when freezes occur. Another method that may or may not be sanctioned by your panel manufacturer is to use the freeze protection function of a pool/solar controller.
